Please note, we are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or FedEx delays. Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

HOW SOON DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
We ship out orders Mon-Fri and do our best to process your order, as quickly as possible. Most orders process between 3-5 business days. Need something rushed? Be sure to pick priority shipping when checking out.

HOW WILL BE ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Packaging will be determined by the size and medium type, however, below are some general guidelines. Please note these are subject to change at any time and fluctuate per order:
- Large editioned prints are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of glassine
- Small editioned prints are flat packed to prevent creases
- Original artworks are custom packaged and shipped via FedEx or with our art crating partner

CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER?
If you need to adjust your order, please email us right away. Once we have begun processing your order we are unable to make any changes.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
Due to the nature of the projects, all sales are final.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, CAN YOU HELP?
We definitely don't want you to have a damaged product! Please email us with your order information and a picture of the damage.

I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A JENNIFER KLEMP ORIGINAL ARTWORK. HOW MUCH WILL THAT COST?
Due to each variant tied to each original painting a custom shipping invoice will be applied separately after purchase. If you live in the St. Louis Region and/or would prefer a pick-up at the Artist Studio that can also be arranged. An email with options will be sent to you within 24-hours of order.
